Raw organic eucalyptus honey: Eucalyptus honey is a variety with a unique composition.  It contains traces of eucalyptol which gives it its fresh revitalizing taste. This essential oil is often used in aromatherapy as a decongestant and antiseptic.

Where it comes from: This variety of eucalyptus honey comes from the Eucalyptus forests, that cover the hillsides in De Coimbra - Portugal.

What it tastes like:  is a really beautiful tasting honey; it has a wonderfully fruity creaminess along with a very mild eucalyptus/menthol aftertaste. Suitable for all ages as it is not overbearing in any way. This is a relatively light-tasting tree honey. It shares characteristics with other herbal honeys, such as thyme or sage.
